Payment and Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within three working days of receiving your order.  We accept
international money orders, UK postal orders and UK cheques, but the most convenient
way to buy is by using the PayPal system.   On receipt of your order we will send you
confirmation by e-mail at which point you can check that the details are correct.
Cheques will have to clear with the bank first, so this will add at least four working days
to the delivery time.


Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any item, return it to us along with it's box and packaging and
we will exchange it for another or refund your money, provided the items are in mint,
saleable condition.

Finish
We take great pains to maintain uniformity but, because each item is cast and given an
antique effect before hand finishing, there may be slight differences between batches
and items may differ slightly from those illustrated.

Silver chains and corded thongs
Because pewter is a heavy material we recommend that the larger arrowheads are
ordered with thongs,  the delicate chains being more suitable for the lighter designs.
We solder the rings on the arrowheads and chains for greater security but, like all
jewelry, they are not suitable for wearing to archery shoots, competitions and
other strenuous activities where they may be subjected to excessive stress which
could result in the failure of a link.

Postage
Postage and packing are included in the price.   In the UK we send items by first class post,
recorded delivery which should take one day.    For other countries delivery times vary -
Europe takes 3 days, Eastern Europe - 4 days and the USA, Australia and the rest of the
world - 5 days.

On bulk or trade orders we can e-mail you with times and prices.
